How do I set up my Lead Generation Form?

Open Brand Dashboard → CRM → Lead Forms, add a heading and fields, then save your form.
Go to Brand Dashboard → CRM → Lead Forms. Start by giving your form a heading, this is the title customers will see on your website. Then add your fields, give each one a label, and choose what type of input it should be. Hit Save when you're done.
