Open the FAQ area in your brand dashboard, add a category, question, and answer, then publish it live.

Open the FAQ area in your brand dashboard, add a category, question, and answer, then publish it live.
Go to the FAQ section in your brand dashboard and click FAQ. Select Add, choose a category, type your question, write the answer, and hit Add FAQ. It's live on your site straight away.
